Description:
Lithium-ion batteries are subjected to multi-physics and battery abuse testing to test their performance under normal use conditions and under extreme conditions. Typical tests include thermal overheating, mechanical loads such as squeezing or shock, and electrical overloads caused by short circuits. Batteries are exposed to high temperatures, high voltages or strong vibrations to determine their safety limits. Tests are performed in specialized laboratories with strict safety precautions to minimize risks such as fire or explosion. These tests are complex and are designed to ensure the robustness and safety of the batteries in everyday use.
Flammability Limit Test Chamber of Battery Fire Test is used to determine the lower and upper concentration limits of flammability of combustible vapor-oxidant mixtures at temperatures up to 200°C and initial pressures up to 1.38 MPa (200 psia).
Technical features:
- Integrated design, using a floor-standing movable cabinet for full installation.
- Automatic lifting device and quick-opening structure for opening.
- Excellent gas mixing and stirring system, fully stirring the mixed gas.
- Electric spark ignition method, other methods can also be selected for explosion triggering.
